If you are the originator of the Card, you can invite feedback and collaboration in two stages of the card.  Firstly, by assigning an Analyst to investigate your question (see “how to assign an Analyst, here“) and then later in the process, by assigning a Tester – someone who will test the theories put forward in the previous stages.

If you have been assigned the role of Analyst on a Card, you can request feedback on your analysis in Stage 3, Analysis within your card.

In here, you complete your analysis of the question that has been posed, you can input Github urls and attach a file to help support your analysis, and then you can ask a colleague to review your work by choosing a name from the drop down list next to “Review”.  They will receive an email asking them to review your work, and can then give you a rating (and make comments) in the yellow section beneath.

Assigning a colleague who doesn’t appear in the drop down list.

If the person you wish to assign is not in the list, you can invite them to your Project. If you click the question mark icon next to “Analyst”, “Review” or “Tester”, you will see a link to “invite users”. You can either click directly on this, or you can go to “users” in the main menu, and then click on the “Add Users” button in the top right hand corner. Whichever way round you do it, you will be prompted to add your colleague’s name and email address. They will be sent an invitation to TestBoard, which they must accept before they can log in, however their name will immediately appear in the drop down list, allowing you to assign them to your Card (you may need to refresh your page first in order to be able to select them – make sure you save any changes first).
